  • VP, Media/Account Services

    The VP, Media/Account Services is responsible for leading all aspects of DWA Boston and North America’s largest client by providing strategic oversight, driving innovation and leading activation and optimization of the client’s media investments. This role will also contribute to and lead new business pitches, both at the DWA-specific and holding company levels. The VP, Media/Account Services will be a senior leader in the office, reporting to the SVP, General Manager. 

  • Senior Account/Project Manager

    We are looking for a Senior Account/Project Manager with a passion for making a complex account with a multitude of moving pieces function like a well-oiled machine. This position is ideal for an individual with 8-10 years of digitally focused account and project management experience within a media and/or full-service agency environment.

  • Digital Media Analyst

    The Digital Media Analyst must bring a passion for creative and analytical thinking and reporting know-how. He/she must also be a team player, with a willingness to collaborate on a variety of projects, as well as an efficient and independent worker. The ideal candidate will have a track record of facing problems smartly with confidence, overcoming obstacles with limited time or resources, and maintaining composure under pressure. Responsibilities include working closely with the account team to track, monitor, and optimize live campaigns to maximize performance.

  • SEM Team Lead

    DWA is looking for an SEM Team Lead who is comfortable under pressure and thrives in an environment where performance is paramount. The ideal SEM Team Lead candidate will be comfortable playing a hybrid role within the search team. A portion of his/her time will be spent on campaign creation and management, and the remainder will be spent helping to manage and professionally develop search team members.

    The Associate Media Director is a seasoned account lead across varied client portfolios. The AMD manages multiple client account teams within the business/department, setting the strategic tone across those accounts.

  • SEM Analyst

    The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team manages biddable media, including SEM/PPC, display/GDN, and remarketing. The SEM Analyst is a key support role that works closely with SEM Program Managers to ensure campaign and client success.

  • Media Supervisor

    The Media Supervisor will be a leader in the office, overseeing the major accounts and managing the media teams on each. It is the Media Supervisor’s job to ensure that our clients’ needs and requirements are met. He/she will oversee the media team with their campaign planning, optimization strategies, and campaign performance success for a set of top tier client relationships.

    The Media Director is responsible for building and fostering an office environment that yields strong media team performance and client growth. The MD sets the tone for the media accounts and the office as a whole, generating enthusiasm and commitment to client business performance.

  • Programmatic Trader

    DWA is currently hiring a Programmatic Trader in our San Francisco office! The programmatic team is a group driven to deliver highly effective campaigns through data targeting, audience targeting, and contextual targeting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with programmatic trading in self-service demand side platforms (DSPs). The Programmatic Trader will be a great communicator and ready to lead the team in implementing programmatic media buys across the agency.
