Despite the long, cold winters and tourist ridden summers you can often hear laughter and friendly conversations permeating throughout the office. We take our work very seriously but find office culture to be equally as important. You can find us celebrating most holidays as a team, from a grand Thanksgiving feast to a fast-paced Easter egg hunt and even the occasional birthday karaoke session.   • VP, Media/Account Director

    The VP, Media/Account Director is responsible for leading all aspects of DWA Boston and North America’s largest client by providing strategic oversight, driving innovation and leading activation and optimization of the client’s media investments. This role will also contribute to and lead new business pitches, both at the DWA-specific and holding company levels. The VP, Media/Account Director will be a senior leader in the office, reporting to the General Manager. 

  • Project Manager

    We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for making a complex account with a multitude of moving pieces function like a well-oiled machine. This position is ideal for an individual with 4-6 years of project management or account management experience within a media and/or full-service agency environment.

  • Senior Paid Social Planner

    We are looking for an analytically minded Senior Paid Social Planner to focus on media planning across paid social. You will have the opportunity to be a part of an innovative, fast growing agency team working for a large client in the telecommunications vertical in the context of a multi-channel, data driven approach.     The Associate Media Director is a seasoned account lead across varied client portfolios. The AMD manages multiple client account teams within the business/department, setting the strategic tone across those accounts.

  • Media Supervisor

    The Media Supervisor will be a leader in the office, overseeing the major accounts and managing the media teams on each. It is the Media Supervisor’s job to ensure that our clients’ needs and requirements are met. He/she will oversee the media team with their campaign planning, optimization strategies, and campaign performance success for a set of top tier client relationships.

  • Programmatic Trader

    DWA is currently hiring a Programmatic Trader in our Boston office! The programmatic team is a group driven to deliver highly effective campaigns through data targeting, audience targeting, and contextual targeting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with programmatic trading in self-service demand side platforms (DSPs). The Programmatic Trader will be a great communicator and ready to lead the team in implementing programmatic media buys across the agency.

  • Senior Media Planner

    The Senior Media Planner will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and management of media plans. He/she will be required to develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of client businesses and ensure all client media requirements are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Media Planner

    The Media Planner will provide leadership to ensure clients’ needs and requirements are met. He/she will oversee campaign planning, optimization strategies, and campaign performance success for a set of top-tier client relationships.
