DWA is delighted to announce the appointment of Gary Tang, who today joins our new Singapore office as Media Director.
Gary is a hugely experienced media professional who started his career back in 1996, at Mediaedge: CIA. He joined Dentsu Singapore as Associate Media Director in 2005, before moving to Universal McCann in 2007.
Over the years, Gary has worked on a number of IT accounts, including Hitachi, Canon, HP, Sun, Sony Ericsson and SingTel.
This is a key position that will further strengthen DWA’s global capability. Gary comments:

I was attracted by the prospect of working with first-rate colleagues and clients, who share my passion for engaging with technology decision-makers across rapidly changing media channels. DWA is ideally positioned quickly to command a leading position in the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) media world – I look forward to playing my part in making it happen.”
It’s straight down to work for Gary, who has already been out with the team on a pan-APJ briefing for a prominent IT supplier. We’re sure he will make a significant contribution to our future growth in the region.
