The team celebrates and mingles regularly while gathering around our multi-level seating island, “Pride Rock,” for our all-hands, happy hours, and conversations. With Australia’s playground as our backyard, we know the importance of balance and embracing the outdoors and group athletics.   • Digital Media Director

    The Director of Digital Media uses their vast knowledge and experience of the digital marketing space to guide the development of new and emerging digital media capabilities throughout the agency that include but are not limited to programmatic media, social advertising, video and mobile advertising.

    This position is a key leadership position within the performance advertising and biddable media group. You will directly report to the Sydney executive business leaders, indirectly reporting to the Head of Global Performance Advertising and Biddable Media based in San Francisco.

  • Senior Manager, Data Analyst & Campaign Insights

    The Senior Manager of Web Analytics & Data Insights will oversee campaign reporting and analysis across all clients. They will ensure that data transfer is accurate and insights are valid. They are comfortable under pressure in fast-paced working conditions and thrive in a data driven environment. They will focus attention on building a strong infrastructure to support continued agency and client growth. This individual will continue to help DWA transition to a world-class data driven marketing and media agency translating data into actionable recommendations that will result in

  • Account Coordinator

    The Account Coordinator will support the account team under the direction of the Account Director within an advertising agency and portfolio of clients. He/she will fulfill duties as specified by their AD, which will include account administration and media planning and buying. The AC will be enthusiastic and demonstrate a strong work ethic. The AC will be monitored for the quality of his/work and ability to work to deadlines.      

     

  • Programmatic Media Buyer

    The Programmatic Media Buyer sits alongside our media planning group and works to execute against strategies per client. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with programmatic media buying or ad operations, is a great communicator, and is ready to lead a team implementing programmatic media buys across the agency.
