    About the Role:

    The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team manages biddable media including SEM/PPC, display/GDN, and remarketing. The SEM Associate is a key support role that works closely with SEM Program Managers to ensure campaign and client success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize paid search campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, 3rd party SEM Platforms and other search engines

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Mathematics preferred
    • Certifications: Google AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advanced, Display, and Marin. Certifications are not required but must have while employed with DWA Media.
    • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in search marketing, digital marketing, and/or another highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment.
    • Experience with Google AdWords and Bing AdCenter mandatory
    • Proficiency in Excel is a must

    About the Role:

    The Media Supervisor will be a leader in the office, overseeing the major accounts and managing the media teams on each. It is the Media Supervisor’s job to ensure that our clients’ needs and requirements are met. He/she will oversee the media team with their campaign planning, optimization strategies, and campaign performance success for a set of top tier client relationships. He/she will provide consultative strategic direction to the media teams and identify appropriate programs and services to meet client needs.     About the Role:

    The programmatic team sits alongside our media planning group and works to execute against strategies for clients.     About the Role:

    We are looking for a Financial Analyst/Staff Accountant to join our team in San Francisco. We have had 60% year-over-year revenue growth and plan to double in size in the next two years. The Financial Analyst/Staff Accountant will report directly to our Group Finance Director (SVP of Finance across the US and EMEA), located in San Francisco.

    Responsibilities:

    • Raising and issuing sales invoices to clients
    • Credit collection and customer query resolution
    • Monitor usage of Salesforce to ensure up-to-date and relevant information is shared around the group, including revenue forecasts and time reports
    • Review Salesforce bookings to ensure accuracy and correct phasing
    • Producing weekly working capital reports
    • Assist with month end close, including review of P&L, reconciling balance sheet and revenue cover
    • Monitor and proactively manage overheads, particularly focusing on controlling T&E spend

    Account Management

    Internal/Vendor Relationships

    • Attract, retain, develop and motivate media staff to develop bench strength within the organization

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • 3-5 years of Baidu PPC experience.
    • Experience with Programmatic, SEO, Social, Analytics, Mobile are BIG pluses, and will be reflected in remuneration.
    • Experience with local implementation of a multi-language global campaign preferable

    The key role for the Paid Search Manager is to deliver best in class paid search campaigns management for our German clients and help DWA EMEA develop and reinforce our client portfolio. Strong communication, project management and market knowledge is required, as the candidate will be key in day-to-day client communication and account management. Depending on the location of this candidate, he/she will work closely with, and report to, the Performance Director EMEA based in London and/or the Client Services Director in our Munich office.
