DWA Appoints Global Marketing Director | 10 May 2010
 

Global Technology Media Agency DWA announces the latest addition to the growing worldwide management team, with the appointment of Ben Munroe as Group Marketing Director.

Munroe brings to the role 7 years’ experience in IT Enterprise and Consumer marketing, most recently at network security vendor TippingPoint and global IT giant IBM, in addition to a career which also includes senior management roles in agencies and consumer publishing. With a clear mandate to grow the number of global named accounts for the agency, Munroe has been appointed to consolidate marketing efforts across the four major markets, develop unified global campaigns and focus on specific growth verticals.

“I am thrilled to be joining the high-performance DWA team at this crucial time in the development of the agency,” said Munroe. “Technology marketing specialists of this calibre are rare, and the opportunity to join a communications planning agency working exclusively in the Global Technology sector was too good to turn down."

Currently based in Singapore, Munroe will relocate to the DWA USA headquarters in San Francisco.
