Simple job description: win new business for the world’s only global technology focused media agency.

How you do it is up to you, but we’d suggest it would help having an extensive network of technology marketers; understanding how to sell the media route to market as part of an integrated campaign budget; showing a grasp of the technology landscape including strategic partnerships and channel organisations; displaying an awareness of technology media online and offline; being well presented, quick on your feet, unafraid in the face of objection and tireless in pursuit of the next deal; understanding the DWA value proposition and being confident that you can use our name to open doors.

Provide leadership in post-sales activities to ensure that customers’ needs and requirements are met
Oversee campaign planning, optimization strategies, and campaign performance success for a set of top tier client relationships
Provide consultative strategic direction to your accounts and identifying appropriate programs and services to meet client needs
Work with internal tools and staff to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze campaign delivery and optimize performance on an ongoing basis.
Attend client meetings and actively take part in presentations as requested. Identify up-sell opportunities on additional programs and services and communicate to sales.
   
Skills:  Experience in client relationship management for all forms of media, post sales consulting and/or project management. Media agency experience a must.

Ideally you will have had some exposure to the media industry and have ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. A marketing, advertising or communications degree / certificate is desired but definitely not essential.
 
You will be required to:
   
Assist Account Managers with advertising campaigns from start to finish across the full spectrum of media
Develop excellent client communication and support
Assistance in compiling and distributing sales and marketing materials such as magazines, campaign reports, invoices, presentations, buying guides, newsletters, marketing updates
Computer literacy and proficiency in programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
